Payment & Bookings
Payment for ICAS Leadership Coaching Programmes must be made at the time of booking via Eventbrite as follows:
We will treat any personal information collected at the point of booking in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Places are ‘subject to availability’ and we therefore cannot guarantee anyone a place on any programme.
The above programmes are open to both non-members and members of ICAS.
Programme Cancellations
If we have to cancel your programme, Leading Figures’ liability will be limited to a full refund of the programme fee only.
Leading Figures accepts no liability if a programme is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our control such as the minimum viable number of delegates not being reached for a programme or an act of God, governmental regulation, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
Refund Policy
All delegate cancellations and refund requests should be emailed to info@leadingfigures.com
Refunds will be dependent upon adherence to the programme Booking Terms and Conditions as outlined on this page.
Please note that Eventbrite’s fee is non-refundable.
The charge for cancelling your booking is:
- 28 days or more before the programme – Full refund payable.
- Less than 28 days before the programme – Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. You may also transfer your booking to another individual (please see below).
Transfer
If you cannot attend the programme, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred up to the day before the first group session of your paid programme. Please contact info@leadingfigures.com for any transfer requests.
A delegate place cannot be transferred to another programme cohort unless by prior agreement with Leading Figures.
Special Requirements
If you have any special requirements or any additional needs that require assistance, please inform us at least two weeks prior to the start of your programme by emailing: info@leadingfigures.com
Recording
Please be assured that neither the virtual group sessions nor the virtual 1:1 coaching sessions will be recorded.
Delegate List
By purchasing either of the above programmes you agree to your name and company name being shared with the other delegates and carefully selected partners and sponsors of any programme. Please note that your contact details will NOT be shared with any other third parties but we may use your email address to invite you to Leading Figures’ events and to share relevant information with you in line with our Privacy Policy.
