We offer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI, step 1), a widely used business psychometric, to support clients on an individual and/or team basis.

The MBTI profile identifies personality type, made up of four preferences, and provides a framework to explain how we interact with the world and each other. This provides an effective foundation for personal growth and development which underpins personal effectiveness.
