PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams) is a business-focused profiling tool that helps people understand how they and others work in a commercial context and how they can best work together to bring value to their organisation.

It is used for development purposes, particularly those in executive roles. It looks at aspects of personal approach and style, and links these to the broad roles that should come easily to a person in terms of the business cycle. It is used either with individuals or teams to improve working relationships and company effectiveness. Part of the analysis allows exploration of pivotal relationships such as that between the CEO and CFO.
