Virtual workshops: 8.30 am 22nd September and 12 Noon 28th September

Women are still underrepresented at senior levels in many organisations despite many years of focus on achieving gender parity.  So what helps women progress and what role can business leaders, line managers and women themselves play?

In this session, we will hear from Janet Hayes, accredited leadership coach with 35 years’ experience working in senior HR roles, who in 2019 conducted research with female leaders in professional services to better understand what had helped them to achieve success.  There will then be opportunities for participants to discuss Janet’s findings and share their own experiences.

Who should attend?

  • HR, L&D and Business leaders looking to increase female participation in leadership
  • Line or people managers looking to support the progress of their female team members
  • Aspiring or current women leaders looking to continue to progress in their careers
