Thomas is an Executive Coach specialising in the finance and professional services sectors where he has supported several clients in achieving, for example, Director and Partner, within firms such as Deloitte and EY. He has also supported many clients in securing Chair and non-executive roles, specifically in financial services organisations. Having worked with mid-to-senior leaders, including countless CEOs, his experience spans the Asset Management, Actuarial, Accountancy, Banking, Fiduciary Management and Analyst Professions. In addition to 1:1 coaching, he serves as a Team Coach at Board and Senior Management levels, helping teams enhance their effectiveness.
A Chartered Banker, Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and Coach U Graduate, his previous careers span 10 years in commercial banking, followed by 14 years as owner/partner of a multi-award-winning seafood business. His interests include his family, marathon running, creative writing and psychology.
