Melissa is the co-founder of Eleos Capital, a boutique advisory business established after the sale of her former firm, Sabre Fund Management, to a London based family office. She is a C suite strategist with in depth experience of building a fund management business from “zero to hero”. Melissa began her career in asset management at Sabre in 1996. She rose through the ranks from a junior sales position, to become the largest shareholder and CEO in less than a decade.
Throughout her career, Melissa has been responsible for strategic direction, AUM growth, the acquisition of new teams, development of new products and sourcing and building external partnerships.
Melissa is also the Chair of the Leading Figures Women’s Network, a group designed to support women in the workplace and, to promote ideas on leadership, mindset management and personal growth.
