John Paul has spent over 25 years working across academia, public, private and voluntary sector bring a wealth of experience and understanding of the issues that organisations and teams across the globe face. He is passionate about systems thinking and Mindset as a way of embedding culture change in organisations and companies. He has an MBA, Msc Advanced Educational Studies, and a Doctorate in Education and is a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
He is certified in using approaches to leadership profiling, 360 feedback and team dynamics using Clarity 4D.
