Jo is a qualified Executive Coach with over 25 years’ experience working in the corporate environment, starting out in the financial services sector and latterly working with clients in insurance, technology and telecommunications. Jo has direct experience of leading teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
As a consultant, Jo works with individuals and teams to equip them to collaborate, face into and solve the complex global challenges of today. She particularly enjoys working with culturally diverse groups.
Jo holds an MA from the University of St.Andrews (Scotland), a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Skills, and is a both a Certified Master of the Leadership Challenge®, a certified LPI Coach® as well as a Certified Strozzi Institute® Somatic Coach. She is accredited to use a variety of psychometric assessment tools.
Jo lives in Northamptonshire, England and enjoys running, swimming, catching up with friends, travel and the odd glass of wine (though not always in that order…)
