Alistair is a people focused leader, specialising in the delivery of operational efficiencies with high performing sales, marketing and client servicing teams in Financial Services. Over his 30+ years in the sector, Alistair has held several senior positions and has a passion for driving good client outcomes and values-based learning and development. He has a proven record of delivery and the capability to drive business performance improvements which are to the mutual benefit of the client, the teams with whom he works and the financial aspirations of the organisation.
Through a career which has spanned insurance, pensions, savings and investments, Alistair’s most recent role was with Standard Life Aberdeen and he was one of the senior leaders that drove the business transformation after the merger of Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life Investments.
Alistair is a passionate believer in the benefits of a collaborative and supportive business culture and has been a coach and mentor to many in his teams as well as others in graduate development and internship programmes.
